Staff's new outlook

VIDEO NARRATOR SPEAKS: RMIT is moving to Outlook and Skype this year. But there's a lot of staff who might not know what that means.
This is Janeene.
VISUAL: Staff member - Janeene - appears on screen and waves.
VIDEO NARRATOR SPEAKS: Janeene has worked at RMIT for over 11 years, and loves using google docs to work with her colleagues in real time.
This is Aeden
VISUAL: Staff member - Aeden - appears on screen and waves.
VIDEO NARRATOR SPEAKS: Aeden's been at RMIT for 2 years and loves a good gif thread in hangouts.
VISUAL: Aeden does finger guns at the camera.
VIDEO NARRATOR SPEAKS: Easy there, tiger
This is Sarah.
VISUAL: Staff member - Sarah - appears on screen and waves.
VIDEO NARRATOR SPEAKS: Sarah's had her google calander color-coded for the last 3 years. You know she's been to Pilates if it's in green, and she can hold a plank for 3 minutes.
VISUAL: All three staff members appear on screen.
VIDEO NARRATOR SPEAKS: Sarah, Aeden and Janeene all work in different teams but have one thing in common. They all think google is just fine.
TEXT ON SCREEN: Just Fine.
But they have not met Skype for Business.

VISUAL: Janeene appears by herself on screen, reacting to the narrators words.
VIDEO NARRATOR SPEAKS: Janeene doesn't know that with Skype, she'll be able to work with colleagues across the University in real-time. Using Screen sharing, instant messaging and web conferencing.
VISUAL: Aeden appears by himself on screen, reacting to the narrators words.
VIDEO NARRATOR SPEAKS: Aeden will be able to take calls from any location, switch from audio, to video and back again to share a presentation. And don't worry, he can still send all the gifs he wants.
VISUAL: Sarah appears by herself on screen, reacting to the narrators words.
VIDEO NARRATOR SPEAKS: And Sarah's color-coded calendar isn't going anywhere. It's still green for Pilates, except now she can even use the new 'presence' function to set her availability. Do not disturb, she's in a shoulder bridge.

The following instructions will assist you to control the video player using the keyboard.
Starting and stopping the video
- Use the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination to navigate the video player controls.
- Navigate to the Play button using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
- Press the Spacebar or Enter key to toggle between play and pause.
Closed captions
- Navigate to the closed captions button using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
- Press the Spacebar or Enter key to open the closed captions menu.
- Navigate to the preferred close captions option using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
- Press the Spacebar or Enter key to activate the close caption option.
Volume
- Navigate to the volume slider using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
- Press the left or right arrow to decrease and increase the volume.
Full screen
- Navigate to the full screen button using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
- Press the Spacebar or Enter key to toggle between full screen video and normal size.
