I think, when you attend these workshops, you feel that you're a stakeholder in the process of something new being created.

I definitely feel really valued. I feel as somebody who's just joined RMIT that, you know, my opinion and my insight is really valued and it's actually contributing to the wider success of RMIT and the industry engagement strategy.

Being a part of the codesign process has really meant that I can get to know another part of the University quite well.

What I've liked about it, is that it's both about us giving information. But I found that things that have been-- he's been talking about, about how to work with industry and how we create value for industry has been really valuable.

Yeah, I think really having a bit of additional structure around the relationship management and opportunity management. I think that's what I'm looking forward to.

It's having a common language amongst everyone. Understanding terminology for people to be using the same terminology and not being ambiguous about-- you know, in our dialogue with each other and with others. And I think it's really good at getting a good understanding of what our value proposition is as a University and what we want people to know RMIT for and what we want to be famous for.

This framework will allow our students to have a heightened level of employability. Increase their employability skills and identify opportunities that don't yet exist.

It is very clear to me how our industry engagement enables us to make the degree more relevant, and also the experiences and the skill set that the students come out of our degree with more relevant. And they can then bring that to their careers and their aspirations and do the awesome things that they want to do in life.

Being able to share what's happening in the real world and bringing that into the classroom and making that learning relevant is just so valuable.

So, I think this could really be helpful in giving the academics the tools that they need to bring about-- or bridge that gap between the curriculum and the industry. So, I think that would really help students.
