Managing your personal information at RMIT is easy, right? You know just where to go to change your address, update your personal details and view your pay slips. Well... kind of.

With hundreds of systems, endless request forms, and inefficient, time-consuming paper processes… it can be hard. Not to mention ineffective. There must be an easier way to do this.

This is where Workday comes in. The Workday platform will make it easy to change personal information, check your benefits, request time off, onboard new staff, submit expenses and generate reports. Plus, you can easily navigate RMIT’s organisational chart.

What else makes Workday cool? It looks and works just like your favourite website. And houses all of your information in one place… the cloud. The cloud is a secure way to store information without physically storing it on your computer. And it’s available on any device, anytime, and anywhere. Even from your favourite cafe. We’ll be joining millions of people around the world who are using this next generation of enterprise software.

The following instructions will assist you to control the video player using the keyboard.

Starting and stopping the video

1. Use the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination to navigate the video player controls.
2. Navigate to the Play button using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
3. Press the Spacebar or Enter key to toggle between play and pause.

Closed captions

1. Navigate to the closed captions button using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
2. Press the Spacebar or Enter key to open the closed captions menu.
3. Navigate to the preferred close captions option using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
4. Press the Spacebar or Enter key to activate the close caption option.

Volume

1. Navigate to the volume slider using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
2. Press the left or right arrow to decrease and increase the volume.

Full screen

1. Navigate to the full screen button using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
2. Press the Spacebar or Enter key to toggle between full screen video and normal size.
