Communication Technologies Research Centre

The Communication Technologies Research Centre (CTRC) conducts applied and theoretical research into problems associated with radio frequency systems, from the physical layer to the network layer.

We deliver internationally recognised research in communication systems such as radar systems to detect fire, multifunctional antennas for air/land platforms, Radio Frequency/microwave circuits and devices, signal processing and wireless and mobile networks.

Our team is supported and funded by national competitive grants and our valued industry partners.
