The analysis draws in-depth case studies of nine Australian ‘best practice organisations’. It explores the drivers and contexts of effective organisational change in relation to affirmative action, equal opportunity and diversity strategies; factors associated with successful implementation; and the range of indicators on which such strategies have been evaluated.
