This is a research project between RMIT University and Monash Business School which will explore the issue of gender equality between women and men in Victorian public health services who are eligible to be members of the Health Services Union Victoria No 4 Branch.
This research aims to explore the organisational and employment practices within the Victorian public health sector to determine what factors contribute to gender equality and inequality in terms of pay and access to promotion.
