The Ashton Commercial Nucara Family Scholarship provides up to $2,000. There is also an opportunity for paid work experience 2 days per week, for 4 weeks during November-December and/or June-July.

The successful candidate is expected to attend the Beller Commercial Industry and Research Awards Night event (date TBA).

There is also an opportunity for paid work experience.

Fred Nucara, an alumni of the RMIT Property Bachelor Degree established the Nucara Family Award in 2008 to assist students who were required to move from a rural location to metropolitan Melbourne to study at RMIT University. Fred was raised in Cobram, on the Murray River.

In 2016 the award became a scholarship with the same criteria and also offers students an opportunity to gain some real world experience in Beller Commercial Real Estate where Fred is the Director and Business Owner. The Beller Commercial Team is comprised of 20 people who specialise in Property Management, Leasing and Sales of Commercial Property throughout Melbourne.
