The program combines experience and development activities that will give you valuable skills. You will also have the opportunity to attend leadership and employability workshops and employer-led sessions to make industry connections.

You can choose the activities that suit your career aspirations or interests.

The activities available in each module help you develop the skills employers value, such as communication, teamwork, leadership and problem solving.

Experience Edge activities will help you build key employability skills and reflect on how to promote your experiences in the future.

Development Edge activities will give you the opportunity to explore a range of co-curricular activities and build transferable employability skills. These are skills such as communication, team work, leadership and problem solving that will be useful in many different roles throughout your career. Employers consider transferable skills as important as technical or job-specific skills.
