Make the most of your lunch hour and find out how. Take part in our free Olympic lifting classes, where you’ll correctly perform basic Olympic lifts – like the snatch, and the clean and jerk – and watch your strength, body composition and functional capacity improve.
Olympic lifts are more complex than traditional weightlifting; you might need more time to learn them, but once you’re there the rewards are so great. You’ll see benefits that are directly transferable to any training program, other sports and activities in your daily life:
