"Do it now, not later" is an interactive workshop for students wanting to procrastinate less.

Overview

You will learn why you procrastinate and develop strategies to manage the thoughts and feelings that lead to procrastination. You will leave the workshop with a personal plan on how you will ‘do it now, not later’.

Learning outcomes

This session will provide candidates with strategies to manage procrastination and provide them with the tools to develop a personal plan on how to deal with procrastination.

Designed for

Any higher degree by research candidate who struggles with procrastination.
