This workshop describes the key habits that can greatly reduce your stress and increase your wellbeing while successfully completing a higher degree by research.

Overview

What do higher degree by research (HDR) candidates do to finish on time, overcome isolation, doubt and writer's block, and enjoy the process? And just as importantly what do they do in order to spend guilt-free time with their family and friends and perhaps even have holidays? If this sounds appealing, then this session will be of particular use to you.

Our research and experience with thousands of candidates demonstrate that certain key habits will make a difference to how quickly and easily you can complete your HDR. In this workshop, you will discover the habits that can greatly reduce your stress and increase your satisfaction along the way to completion.

Designed for

All higher degree by research candidates.
