All sessions are located off Swanston St: at the top of the stairs next to the Commonwealth Bank and the new Real Foods cafe.

Session 1: 'This is how I roll!'

Presented by our friends at Brunswick Chiropractic, this foam-rolling session will help your body counter muscle shortening, increase flexibility, reduce muscle soreness and improve posture. Limited places available.

Session 2: Mindfulness 

Find your inner zen and free your mind from exam stress, brought to you by RUSU.

Session 3: Body blitz 

Get energised by smashing out a body blitz session! This whole body workout will energise you in the lead up to exams!

Session 4: Inferno Hot Pilates

Join Danica for Inferno Hot Pilates! It's a 60-minute low-impact, high-intensity interval training class using Pilates principles to upbeat and fun music.

Perfect for all fitness levels. This session is great for core strengthening, with cardio integrated to bring the heart rate up and make you sweat. No need to sign up, just turn up!
