Yoga allows you to connect with your breath, body & mind. It is the reset button you need to slow down, decompress, increase productivity and improve focus.

Let's do it together!

Unroll your mats for a 30 minutes lunchtime yoga flow with Bhakti.

It is suitable for beginners. You will do some breathing exercises and gentle stretches to open up the shoulders and upper back that will leave you with the lovely after yoga feeling for the rest of the day.

Days and Times

Sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00PM - 12:30PM

About Bhakti

Bhakti is French and has been practicing yoga & meditation since 2004. She completed her Yoga Teacher training in 2005 from New Zealand. She travels to India every year to practice yoga herself and has been teaching yoga for over 10 years
