A reflective workshop for graduating students with clinical psychologist Michael Swadling, followed by Q&A with RMIT student Seamus Daniel.

An opportunity for graduating students to reflect on their own growth, challenges, and resilience in the face of the events of the last 2 years. Join us for an hour to catch your breath as graduation approaches, and to tap into your self-care needs and resources.

Clinical psychologist and RMIT student counsellor Michael Swadling will lead attendees through reflective exercises, and then join a discussion with final-year RMIT student Seamus Daniel about how Seamus has managed his own self-care over the pandemic, and answer questions from attendees.

Join us for Grad Fest!

Grad Fest is a curated series of events and activities in the lead up to the Graduation Ceremony with a focus on resilience, wellbeing, career readiness and remaining connected to the RMIT community!
