If you're having difficulty with any of the steps in your enrolment guide, you can contact the Enrolment Support Team via the RMIT Connect online portal. Click on Enrolment under Services, then select the most appropriate heading that matches your question. For example: Government Subsidised Places, Citizenship Verification or Unique Student Identifier. Our specialist enrolment staff will reply to your enquiry via email.

What we can help with
Enrolment Support staff can help you complete your enrolment, including verifying your citizenship documentation (if you are using a document that cannot be verified online), assess pre-training reviews and eligibility for Government funding in vocational education programs, and other questions about Enrolment Online or the enrolment process.
We can’t help you select your courses and encourage you to speak with your school or college directly about any questions you have.
