What we can help with

Staff at the Enrolment Support Lab can help you complete your enrolment, including verifying your citizenship documentation (if you are using a document that cannot be verified online), assessing pre-training reviews and eligibility for Government funding in a VE programs and other questions about Enrolment Online or the enrolment process. We can’t help you select your courses and encourage you to speak with (school or college) directly about any questions you have.

For new Vocational Education students, Enrolment staff are also available to assess the outcome of your pre-training review and/or Evidence of Eligibility for a government subsidised.

We encourage students who are under 18 to visit the Enrolment Support Lab as we can help you complete your enrolment steps, and apply for a fee concession (eligible VE programs only) or HECS-HELP or VET Student Loan if you are eligible. Please note that some fee loan requirements may require a signature from a parent or guardian.
