Enrolment Support lab

The Enrolment Support lab will be open every weekday between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm from 21 November 2017 to 23 February 2018 and will close on weekends and public holidays.

Enrolment Support lab staff can assist you if you’re experiencing difficulty enrolling or if you need to submit documents that cannot be uploaded.

Location

The lab is located on City campus in the student access computer lab in Building 28, Level 3 (the ground floor). Situated between buildings 6 and 8, the lab is accessible from Swanston Street. Check out the City campus map and follow the blue 'Enrolment Support' arrows to your destination.

Getting there

Catch a City Loop train to Melbourne Central train station and exit via Swanston Street or catch a tram down either Swanston or Latrobe Streets to the Swanston/Latrobe intersection. From there it is a short walk to building 28.

Supported labs will be made available on the Brunswick and Bundoora campuses at times of scheduled enrolment information sessions.

If you are visiting the support lab for evidence of student eligibility or citizenship you can join the queue via the QLess app by texting the word 'ENROL' to 0417 764 183, or by following the link at Enrolment support lab.

Our peak days are the busiest, so we recommend that you avoid the following days unless you need urgent help and are prepared to wait.
