RMIT student number

After enrolling you will be given your RMIT student number. This number will consist of the letter ‘s’ followed by a seven-digit number (example: s1234567).

You must always use your RMIT student number to identify yourself at exams and when handing in assignments. You also use it to access the RMIT network, including myRMIT.

RMIT student card

As an RMIT student you will receive an RMIT student card, which includes your photograph and student number. The photograph will be taken during enrolment and your card will be sent to you by post 4 to 6 weeks after the start of your program.

If you enrol late, you may have to wait longer to receive your RMIT student card.
