1:1 Industry mock interviews session - for international students

Attend this event to learn what to expect in a job interview, get practice and receive on the spot feedback - straight from industry professionals!

Feeling anxious about your next interview? Not sure how to respond to interview questions? Then why not attend a face-to-face interview with industry professionals.

Industry mentors from different companies and industries will be hosting a mock interview with you!

You’ll receive 1:1 constructive feedback on your answers to questions and performance, that can help you improve your overall interview skills.

This is an appointment-based session with limited spots available. Once you register you will need to book yourself into a time slot and will receive an email confirmation with your allocated time slot.

What you will get out of it:

  • 15-minute one-on-one interview
  • Practice and refine your interview skills
  • Gain a better understanding of what employers look for in an interview
  • Receive feedback from an Industry Professional

What to expect:

You will be allocated to an industry professional as your mock interviewer and you will be asked general interview questions.

How to prepare:

  • You can complete the free RMIT Interview Preparation Credential and learn what to expect from the interview proccess, how to stand out from the other candidates and how to properly prepare – so that you’re ready for whatever comes your way.
  • Dress code: Please ensure you are appropriately presented in professional and business attire for your interview.
