Learn the four fundamental principles and practices on project management over this two day workshop.
Spread over two days, participants will be trained on four fundamental principles and practices of project management: Scoping and Planning, Using Microsoft Project, Financial Responsibilities, Risk and Stakeholder Management.
A certificate of completion will be provide to all participants upon satisfactory completion and attendance.
This training is best attended by those looking to get into project management or as a refresher as it is aimed at the fundamental level.
The course was designed and customised through the collaboration of Researcher Capability Development and School of Property, Construction and Project Management to ensure a research focus and contextualisation.
In ensuring that we are fair with the selection, we look at a number of factors such as research discipline, career path and current research topic. We try to group participants with similar research backgrounds together to better apply the tools and concepts taught throughout the course.
