Bystander Intervention Training Workshop

Learn how to speak up and call out inappropriate behaviour whenever you hear it or see it. This workshop is led by an expert facilitator and is highly recommended for any student who will be taking on a leadership or mentoring role at RMIT.

About this event

Everyone has the right to feel safe and respected where they study, work and socialise. Bystander action can make a huge difference in preventing a situation from escalating and stopping sexual harm including harassment from occurring.

Learn how you can speak up and call out inappropriate behaviour whenever you hear it or see it and gain confidence and skills to intervene safely in situations where respect or safety is in question.

Register for a bystander intervention workshop now.

We look forward to seeing you there,

The RMIT Respect Team

Bystander intervention workshops are part of RMIT’s plan to reduce sexual harm in our community and build a culture of respect. For more information, email respect@rmit.edu.au or visit Respect RMIT.
