EY Climate Ideation Clinics

Join a 2.5 hour clinic to learn how companies are responding to the climate crisis, then collaborate to develop solutions to sector-specific challenges.

What is an Ideation Clinic?

EY Ideation Clinics are two-and-a-half-hour, sector-specific, virtual workshops that challenge students to see the climate emergency through a new lens.

University students learn how climate change affects business and how companies are responding to the climate challenge. They then collaborate to ideate solutions to a sector-specific climate change problem statement using design thinking.

The solutions will contribute to EY thought leadership, and will inform the work EY does with clients.

During the clinic, students will have the opportunity to:

  • Mobilise on climate action and connect with others who are passionate about solving the climate crisis
  • Learn more about sector-specific climate challenges and the design thinking process
  • Hear about how progressive organisations are redefining how they create value and are becoming environmentally regenerative, including by reducing waste and recovering and reusing materials
  • Flex creativity and innovative thinking to ideate solutions to the climate crisis
  • Apply theoretical knowledge in a true-to-life business context
  • Learn more about EY and contribute to EY insights that are shared with the business community

These clinics are part of EY Ripples, a program to positively impact one billion lives by 2030.
