Women of Colour Gathering 2022

In this gathering, Women of Colour will focus on re-defining power and influence in our society.

For our fourth annual event, Women of Colour Melbourne 2022, we will reflect on how 2022 has been the year of revolution for women of colour across the globe and what that has meant and could mean for Australia as women of colour redefine power and influence in their various endeavours for greater representation, impact and legacy.

Our inspirational speakers, to be announced, will share insights on how we harness our collective power, Feminist Leadership, how to lead with influence and power, leading and informing equity and diversity agendas, how to survive & thrive as a WOC in business, and how to attain and retain positions of power.

As always, the conference promises to be a beautiful opportunity to come together in solidarity, celebrating the strength in our diversity, sharing stories of resilience, even dance and connect with each other!

The conference theme has been developed in consultation with Women of Colour Melbourne Collective and the WOC community.

Event speakers and presenters to be announced!
