R U OK? Day

Thursday 8 September 2022 is R U OK? Day. It’s a reminder to us all that a conversation can change a life.

R U OK? Day is a national day of action when we’re reminded that any day is the day to ask ‘are you OK?’.

It’s an easy way to start a meaningful conversation with someone who you think might be struggling with life.

You don’t have to be an expert to have an R U OK? conversation. We can all play a role in supporting those around us.

At RMIT, we’re supporting the campaign with a range of events and activities across the week of R U OK? Day – 5 to 9 September 2022.

Check back often to see what’s happening and get involved.

Register or ‘save the date’ in your diary for these events now!
