Join us at our event to make some new friends, enjoy some delicious food and drink, and take part in some creative activities, led by RMIT students.
Do you have something to say but feel afraid of saying it out loud?
Activism doesn’t always need to be loud or look protesting on the street. Some of us are shy, and many of us are ultra shy, but our voices all deserve to be heard.
If you could create a sign, what message would you hope to communicate?
Join this workshop to become a soft activist and be part of the gentlest protests you could ever be involved. Let your voice be seen!
Peach created the Day By Day zine to share calming rituals from her own self-care practice that help to manage her personal experiences with anxiety and stress.
The zine offers visual reminders and invitations for readers to try mindful activities during their day and remember that it is totally okay to just take things one day at a time.
Come colour in the zine with Peach, make yourself a cup of tea, or learn how to make your own zine!
