RMIT Games Day #1

The first of RMIT and Kanga eSports' monthly games tournament series with a prizepool of $1200!

RMIT in collaboration with Kanga Esports, are holding monthly  gaming tournaments, with a prizepool of $1200!

Show off your skills in the battle arena; our tournament formats are round robin style – followed by knockouts with an upper and lower bracket for finals.

We are also offering free Redbull and products from PowerA for all interested gamers wanting to come along and check out the action.

Games include: 

  • League of Legends 1v1 
  • Super Smash Bros Ultimate Singles 
  • Tekken 7 
  • Street Fighter 6 
  • Guilty Gear: Strive 
  • Mario Kart 8

Date, time, location and registration

Date: Sunday 1 October 2023

Time: 12noon-7pm

Location:  City campus, Building 12, Level 4, Room 96  (Retail market space) adjacent to Community Games Space (Room 108) 

Entry fee: $1 

Conditions of entry: Entrants must be 16 years or older, and entrants under 18 must have a parent's or legal guardian's consent
