R U OK Day

It's R U OK?Day! This year the theme is Ask R U OK? Any Day!

This year, we want to emphasise the importance of maintaining connections with people you study and work with to support wellbeing. Regular check-ins build trust and normalise real conversations, making it easier for people to reach out when things get tough.

Come join the Wellbeing team at Kirrip place for some creative and mindful activities including:

  • Enjoying treats like Mango Lassi, fruit cups and Krispy Kreme donuts
  • Making friendship bracelets to give to people you care about
  • Sharing creative connection ideas on the inspiration wall!
  • This event offers a quiet, relaxing space to support your wellbeing and build connections.
