Access to RMIT systems
Once you have completed your studies at RMIT and you are conferred (graduate), or your enrolment is cancelled, you will no longer be able to access the RMIT systems and important documents listed below.
If you enrol in another RMIT program in the future, your access to these systems and important documents and data will be restored.
What do I need to do?
You need to manually select:
- your important emails and forward them to your personal email account
- download relevant documents to your personal computer or onto a USB device.
RMIT systems and important information you will lose access to:

|Blackboard||Course content, assignments etc|
|Student email||Official communications from the University|
|Personal emails, subscriptions to external sites etc.|
|Library||No borrowing online or in person. You can access the Library when you have an alumni account|
|Google apps||Documents in your Google Drive|
|Student drive||Any files you've saved here that you wish to keep|
