First appointment

To make your initial appointment, you may book online (student login required) or telephone us on 03 9925 5000. If you need to be seen urgently, please call rather than booking online. RMIT Connect staff can also assist in making a booking.

Return appointment

If you have used our service in the last 3 months, return appointments can also be made online, by telephoning 03 9925 5000, or via RMIT Connect. To help us manage caseload and ensure students get the attention they need, if you have not used our service in the last 3 months, please book another initial session.

Cancel or reschedule an appointment

You can cancel your appointment online (student login required) or telephone us to cancel or reschedule.

Please cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance as this allows us to offer cancelled sessions to other students in need of an appointment.

Drop ins

A limited number of daily drop-in sessions are available at the City campus. These appointments can only be booked for the same day by calling 9925 5000, and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Please note:

demand for our service is high and at certain times of the year you may experience a delay in getting an appointment

if you live near either the Brunswick campus or the Bundoora campus, you can book in to see a counsellor at one of these campuses for a more convenient appointment.
