Ellvana Curo knew she wanted to learn about property, but never knew what field of work she wanted to work in before studying her Property and Valuation degree.
“I had a family history in residential property and I was intrigued to broaden my horizons and learn more about the whole property sector, including commercial, retail and industrial property.
“Travelling to Dubai and Hong Kong as an elective in my third year was one of my greatest experiences with RMIT. This is something I recommend to every student who is keen on learning more about property in terms of construction and engineering.
“By the end of my studies, I learnt what aspects I felt more strongly about and knew I would like to continue in management or development in commercial property.
“Once you make a decision about what field you’d like to work in, the world is your oyster.
“Property is definitely a promising industry of continual growth!”
