The program is more than just lectures and textbooks, the opportunities offered at RMIT help propel your engineering career in the right direction.
I have been fascinated with aircrafts and flight for as long as I can remember. It was always my aspiration to learn about the engineering behind designing and developing aircrafts.
Engineering at RMIT has a phenomenal reputation for its industry connections around the globe and graduate employment success rates.
In my second year, I went on an exchange semester to Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China. In a team of five, we designed and manufactured an Electric Powered-Unmanned Aircraft capable of alerting early bushfire threats.
I also completed a six month placement with Airbus in Toulouse, France. I gained a range of skills and knowledge from working with lead engineers on state-of-the-art aircrafts.
I’m part of the RMIT Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Research Team where I’ve worked on a number of projects, designing and manufacturing UAS for a range of real world applications.
If you’re ready for an exciting career in a dynamic industry, this is the program for you. RMIT offers a lot of opportunities - don’t let these go to waste, they have the potential to bring out the best in you.
