With years of industry experience behind him, Clement Lam is undertaking research in electrical and electronic engineering to better contribute to and to have a positive impact on society.
Master of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic Engineering)
I was motivated to undertake further study as I wanted to upskill to a postgraduate level to better impact on society.
After years working in the telecommunications industry and working in business, I have a good sense of what I want to do next. More research, travelling more, and finding ways to advance in my engineering field.
I have a background in electronic engineering and computer science. However I was motivated to undertake further study as I wanted to upskill to a postgraduate level.
I was attracted to undertaking a master degree by research in electrical and electronic engineering due to my prior know-how and industry experience. I wanted to use this to have a positive impact on society.
I chose to study at RMIT as the University is well-known for its industry relevant and specialist engineering courses.
My studies have helped me update to the latest engineering design methodologies, making me more ready to engage in contemporary engineering challenges.
I hope in the future to work at an executive level, making impacts and influences in engineering related decision making.
