RMIT's reputation for hands-on learning appealed to Umul who wants to work in the health science field.
Associate Degree in Health Sciences
The highlight of studying the Associate Degree in Health Sciences has been meeting new people who have the same interests as I and working as a team to do projects.
RMIT was my first choice for study.
As a visual learner the University’s reputation for hands-on learning attracted me to pursue my career at RMIT.
I’ve always been interested in Health Sciences particularly public health.
In my course, I’ve been able to work with the public, to do live assessments, get real-world experience, and enhance my knowledge in the Health and Science field.
I found the Blackboard app to get into MyRMIT really useful to access my course work from my phone.
My top tip for other students would be to do well with university - try not leaving your work to the last minute because it can get really stressful!
