This dynamic course will kick start your exciting journey from student to qualified business leader. A Diploma of Commerce introduces equips students with the communication and problem-solving skills required to succeed in a global environment and build a career in business anywhere in the world.

This full year course covers the fundamentals of management, accounting and marketing, equivalent to the first year of a RMIT Bachelor of Business course.

When you successfully complete the Diploma of Commerce you are guaranteed entry into a range of other RMIT programs. The grades you achieve determine the programs you can get into and the amount of credit you will receive.

This rigorous accounting course is designed to prepare you to excel in the workforce.

Through this course, you’ll learn how taxation, macroeconomics and market principles intersect with accountancy and gain the skills you need to work in accountancy and finance roles across commercial and government organisations.

This course is fully accredited by CPA Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Graduates may also apply for recognition via the the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

This highly-specialised course trains you to perform high-level financial and economic analysis at management level in both public and private sectors.
