Course Summary

In this course you will learn to critically examine organisations and develop a range of approaches for analysing and interpreting organisations. The course adopts a multi-perspective and interdisciplinary approach. We provide you with a toolset to analyse organisations through different theoretical lenses and at different levels: at the individual, organisational, and social level. This course develops your critical reasoning and reflective skills, and supports you to apply these skills to a range of organisations in different contexts. The course also examines the assumptions we make about knowledge, and the consequences of these assumptions for future managers.
