Course Summary

This course will serve as an introduction to the use of people analytics in the context of managing and predicting workforce challenges to inform effective decision-making; evaluating of ethics of employee data; and the future of people analytics. This course will also examine the benefits of developing analytical skills and capabilities through people analytics frameworks, approaches, and concepts that can help to leverage data, gain insights, and support decision-making/solve problems. You will be encouraged to discuss the challenges of implementing people analytics and propose recommendations, analyse predicting employee performance and ethical considerations associated with the use and misuse of workforce data, and develop a detailed plan that addresses workforce issues by applying a people analytics framework. Finally, this course will contribute to starting your journey in People/HR Analytics.
