This course will introduce you to key project administration processes and tools that are required for effective project administration. Specifically, this course examines:
* Concepts and tools essential for successfully executing a project and to perform effective administration of the project.
* Administration requirements of a project.
* Knowledge and tools required to support the project documentation/correspondence/administration process.

Extensive use will be made of project administration and management software.
