Course Summary
This course examines the processes of design management and documentation and how these impact on the achievement of overall project objectives. This course will develop your understanding of the various elements which contribute to the project design process and you will build and apply your knowledge of how the project design process impacts on the ability of the project manager to deliver effective project outcomes. The objectives of this course are to develop your ability to apply quality assurance and quality control systems to produce a quality project plan.
