Course Summary

Field Investigation is a professional preparation course designed to help criminology and criminal justice students prepare for a broad range of justice-related careers. 

The course supports students to build career awareness by exploring different justice pathways, employer expectations, entry-level roles and the realities of professional practice. Students will develop practical career-building skills, including identifying suitable roles, interpreting job advertisements, mapping their existing skills against professional requirements and planning future development.
