Course Summary
This course is designed to introduce you to the concept of globalisation and key processes associated with it. These processes shape the world of today and tomorrow, and this course explores how they can be engaged with constructively to address global challenges and to design and contribute to shared global futures.
This is a designated WIL course in which you will undertake industry engaged project. With an industry partner in the course, you will explore how individuals and collectivities can work to shape the trajectory of society towards preferred future outcomes. The course introduces the role of research-based insights that help to usefully frame international and local events around us as occurring in a global context.
