This course provides you with an opportunity to continue to develop your research abilities congruent with those demonstrated by nurses and midwives working either as advanced clinicians, managers, or educators in the health care sector. You are also encouraged to engage in and contribute to the development of research/evidence-based nursing and midwifery practice. The course will also provide you with an opportunity to continually develop and transform practice through the processes of research, critical evaluation and reflection.
