This course examines valuation techniques and the principles of property analysis. You will develop the skills and knowledge required to undertake a property analysis and complete a valuation for complex and diverse properties, both residential and commercial properties. In doing so, you will utilise specialised valuation tools and techniques to determine property value. You will also develop the skills and knowledge required to determine investment feasibility and market trends. You will also critically examine the role micro economics in property.
