Course Summary
This course will develop the skills and knowledge required to undertake investment evaluations. You will build both your knowledge of evaluation techniques and the skills to apply these techniques to the property sector. In doing so, you will utilise your knowledge of the value and limitations of these techniques when applied to property. You will also develop the skills required to undertake discounted cash flow analyses. This course also examines: financial models for real estate investment, risk and feasibility, and how these factors impact on property investment and investment viability. You will also examine the performance analysis, benchmarking, and sources of finance and its cost.
