Course Summary

Real Estate Law is a mix of contract law, consumer and real property law. The course explores key concepts from these areas of law, and how they work together to make up Real Estate Law in the state of Victoria.

Classes comprise of three hours of real estate law theory and then practice legal problem-solving exercises.

Via these approaches, you will develop and apply your knowledge of real estate law by applying the legal theory to complete legal problem-solving exercises.
