This course builds on the skills and knowledge you have developed in Valuation Techniques & Property Analysis. You will develop your theoretical knowledge of valuation practices and principles applicable to commercial and industrial urban properties. In doing so you will undertake valuations of diverse property types, including commercial and specialised property assets. You will further develop your understanding of property value and the role of the valuation profession, the property market and property valuation methods. Through your engagement in authentic practice based valuation activities, you will develop the skills and knowledge required to source, analyse and synthesise property data and publically accessible information required to undertake a property valuation. Successful completion of this course contributes to the Australian Property Institutes qualification requirements for CPV certification.
