This course introduces knowledge management, organisational learning and innovation diffusion concepts and will develop your skills in applying these concepts to improve the process of realising a project. This course will focus on the nature of effective Knowledge Management and the role of project management in enabling people to create and effectively use knowledge to more effectively realise projects. You will develop your skills and knowledge of Knowledge Management as applied at the project, program and portfolio level. This course also emphasises the management of innovation through maintaining a learning organisation. You will develop skills and insights for managing organisational knowledge in our knowledge economy and develop your knowledge of how to develop a knowledge advantage through strategically managing information, and information technology support staff.
