This course focuses on how project leaders can make a positive difference to project and organisational success. Particular attention is paid to the nature of effective project management leadership in this process. The course will introduce you to specialised project management and leadership concepts which you will be able to apply to the realisation of a project. You will develop your knowledge of how leaders facilitate project success and of how leadership strategies, including stakeholder management, impact on project success. You will also develop your knowledge of the role of governance and organisational infrastructure in delivering project success, and develop your ability to lead transformations to deliver and optimise project success and outcomes.
