Course Summary

Third-party influencers play an integral role in professional communication that has continued to grow in our evolving digital media landscape. In this course you will explore the theory and practice of influential and persuasive communication - and the role that third-party influencers can play.
You will be introduced to the theoretical approaches of influence as it applies to communication and then explore the range of practical applications to engage third-party actors in your communication. You will use these theoretical and practical approaches to develop influencer-led communication campaigns and learn how to work with content creators to create communication that will engage your audience.
