Course Summary
This course explores the concept, theories and practices of leadership in the contemporary global context. You will discover how leadership principles, values and practices can be applied in diverse contexts to improve decision-making and outcomes. Leadership skills are vital and highly valued across government, organisations, businesses and communities, and are the focus of considerable human resource investment. Leadership is also a quality that is regarded in different ways in according to communities and contexts in which it occurs and is needed, and leadership is a practice that requires grounding in sound ethics.
