Course Summary
The key topics in this course include: Organisational strategic modelling, some finance concepts, Business plan development, organisational behaviour, leadership and risk management.
This course introduces the student to the tools necessary for the analysis and implementation of credible business plan proposals related to enterprise formation. The students will learn about business planning, organisations, leadership finance and strategic management issues in an environment of a student-based learning platform. Here, in pre-determined classes, the students will explore collectively, the issues at critical steps of the innovation and enterprise-related business planning process.
This course includes a work integrated learning experience in which your knowledge and skills will be applied and assessed in a real or simulated workplace context and where feedback from industry and/or community is integral to your experience.
