Course Summary

This course will develop your knowledge of project management theory and enhance and further your project management skills. Through your learning in this course you will develop your knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies and apply these to real life projects. You will examine advanced concepts in managing projects and apply theoretical concepts, models and frameworks to case studies of actual project components. Upon successful completion of this course you will be able to apply advanced project management concepts to enable the effective management of projects in a diverse range of industries. Further, you will develop your research capability through your investigation of project management practice.
