Course Summary

This course builds on the core concepts of photogrammetry and LiDAR which allows you to explore more advanced topics and applications in the field. In this course, you will study the principles and techniques for extracting measurements of physical features and other useful information from imagery and 3D LiDAR data. ?You will be introduced to different stages of the workflow including data collection, data analytics, result interpretation and visualisation. ?You will learn to work with different types of data collected by diverse imagery sensors and extract semantic information as well as spatial information.?
If you are enrolled in this course as a component of your Bachelor Honours Program, your overall mark will contribute to the calculation of the weighted average mark (WAM).??
